Q1:What can CTC's Stream Jet variable data printer do?
A:Stream Jet's capabilities include a wide range of variable data commercial printing. It can also print using UV ink.

Q2:What's the maximum printing size?
A:It depends on the number of heads that are combined. The current maximum width is 1120 millimeters. For further details, please contact CTC-Japan representative.

Q3:What's the maximum print speed and resolution?
A:50 meters per minute at 600 by 600 dpi. 100 meters per minute at 300 by 600 dpi.

Q4:What kind of print media do you recommend?
A:UV ink printing is suitable for porous paper, non porous paper, synthetic paper, PET, PP, and similar media. Please contact with us in advance if you intend to print on special media.

Q5:What type of ink can be used?
A:Basically, black UV ink is used.

Q6:Can printing inspection equipment also be added?
A:We offer the option of including Inspectron, automatic inspection equipment from Britain.

Q7:Tell me about the UV drying equipment.
A:Metal halide lamps are used to dry UV ink. For further details, please contact CTC-Japan representative.

Q8:Tell me about the software used.
A:Please use our high-performance software, produced in-house, featuring an original layout. The software offers direct output options from VIPS (Variable Information Print Software) and Windows-based applications.

Q9:Can we see a demonstration?
A:Sure. There's a SJ500 model line at our technical center. please contact CTC-Japan representative.

Q10:Tell me about your maintenance service.
A:Trouble shooting will be dealt with on an individual bases. Annual maintenance isn't carried out.
