Kyoto Densanshi Printing Company offers the U.S.-based Check Technology Corporation's (CTC) Imaggia MG-20 Laser Printer.

April 2000
CTC Japan Ltd. is established as a distributor in Japan, and is given the English name Cutting-Edge Technology Corporation.

January, 2001
Development begins on a variable data output inkjet printer.

CTC Japan exhibits a prototype of the UV inkjet printer SJ-300 at IGAS 2007.
