VIPS
Stream Jet uses a Piezoelectricity DOD (Drop on Demand) head and a single pass method for UV inkjet printing. The SJ-500 series uses a 2656 high-density ink nozzle, with a Unimorph type DOD head and offers 4.25 inch wide, 600×600 dpi high-resolution, high-speed, printing.You can also print a wider area by combining multiple printer heads. The SJ-500 is comparable to an electrophotographic digital laser printing machine. It is not necessary to have a heat roll or a flash process because it has a simple structure. Also, because there are no toner and drum costs、operating costs can also be reduced.

High-Resolution, High-Speed Printing
We are proud of the high-quality 600 dpi high-resolution printing that the SJ-500 offers. The SJ-500 Standard offers a maximum printing speed of 50 meters per minute at 600 dpi, and 100 meters per minute at 300 dpi.		 A Wide Range of Printing Applications
The UV Ink was developed for a wide range of media including paper, synthetic paper, and film. It has excellent water resistance.		 Low Operating cost
The only consumable part is the UV ink, which means that there are no maintenance costs for consumable parts such as toner or a drum.		 Accepts both Rolled and Sheet-Fed Media
The SJ-500 can be mounted to either a rotary or sheet-fed press.
